My musings
This includes reviews, tips and fixes, rants, frustrations, complaints, achievements, thoughts, experiences, etc and sometimes, a sneak peek on what I'm up to - my next 'big' project!
I have like 64 drafts of blog posts filled with bits and pieces of ideas that I came up with for stories, short stories, proses or blog posts lol and countless pieces of papers that I've gathered together and stuffed into a box... waiting for that moment when I really have the time and mood to actually do something about them.
Then I realised, with the end of Masters hopefully at the horizon and finally in view, I might not even get any of the time that I need to actually do anything about those bits and pieces of ideas. My parents will want me to get a proper job for once - I'll need to get a proper job for once (nothing is free in this life). However, I'll have weekends to myself, so I hope I can try writing up a short story or two, or perhaps a prose at least per week. Practice makes perfect, they say, and I'll just need to keep practise writing... and reading :) and still have enough time for outings with loved ones and friends and, of course, gaming! :P
I've edited the lyrics. The original one really needs editing :P There are also some problems with my version (albeit less problems), sure, so feel free to comment any corrections below. Enjoy! :)

Unfortunately for me, I use Mendeley as my citation manager and mine's kinda broken in the sense that it is SUPPOSED to convert all my journal names into abbreviations BUT IT DIDN'T (dang1 dang1 dang1 dang3...). Oh the horror when I realised that I don't know enough to edit the template (of codes) and that I had to do everything MANUALLY... T.T
So, how does it work? You just need to input your journal title into the box provided and it'll list out all the associated journals (that have the name that you've typed). You choose the one that you want and bam! You can get the abbreviation. Now just imagine doing that over and over for 50+ references! ... lol :P Absolute fun I'd say!

Sigh, why don't just journals allow references with full journal names... what a bother!
Update: so apparently my Mendeley fixed itself lol and all my references are changed into their abbreviated forms but I still need to check them to see if the in-built abbreviations in Mendeley is correct or not, so CASSI is the perfect tool to use! :)
Note: Not all journals are listed unfortunately, but it does include all of the most common ones as well as some of the more obscure ones.
To check crystals/precipitates in urine samples. I've noticed a layer of brownish + pinkish precipitate in my urine samples after refrigeration, so well, I googled it. Surprisingly, it took me some time to finally get some answers lol.
But this is more to the type of tests that you can carry out using urine samples.
And also, if you wanted to keep your urine samples for more than 2 hours, then it's okay to just refrigerate it without adding any preservatives. However, if you want, you can add some chemical preservatives like toulene or concentrated HCl (you can refer to the slideshare link above for more info).
