There are plenty of great composers (on YouTube) that I know of but this one is beyond that :P
Not only the composer, Peter Crowley, made this album available for free... it's one of the best celtic pieces that I've heard :) Trust me, I've listened to Adrian Von Ziegler and Brunuhville and am a fan of both as well, but this one is pretty top-notch.
